The GRI designation is the most widely recognized of the National Real Estate Designations. Consisting of three course, each taught by experts in their respective fields.
This module consists of:
- Finance Theory & Practice,
- Contract Forms,
- Cultural Diversity and Fair Housing.
A calculator is required. GRI courses can be taken in any order and satisfy your 9 Hours of non legal MCE Requirements. TREC rules mandate that each student be on time; please make sure to bring your license number with you the day of class. TAR provides a one time, $50 coupon for qualifying students who register through the HAR Website. Upon entering a user name and password, HAR will immediately communicate with TAR to verify if the coupon is applicable and will be applied immediately. All other courses will be at full price.
