William C. Jennings Award 2013
Commercial Transaction of the Year
Members of the Houston Association of REALTORS® and REALTORS® from other associations in Texas are encouraged to submit their impressive commercial real estate transactions for consideration as the 2013 William C. Jennings Commercial Transaction of the Year. This award is presented by the TAR Commercial Committee and recognizes outstanding efforts in commercial brokerage.
REALTORS® show a high degree of professionalism and innovation in every real estate transaction, therefore the size of the transaction is not a factor in the evaluation of entries. Judging will be based on the merits of the transaction, creativity, and the application of commercial principles and practices.
The award will be presented at the 2014 Texas REALTORS® Winter Meeting in Austin, during the Awards Luncheon. A Stars Reception will follow that evening honoring the award winners.
Transactions on which entries are based must have closed between December 1, 2012 and November 30, 2013. All entries must be received at association headquarters no later than 5 p.m., Wednesday, January 8, 2014.
