Tempo Update – HAR is working with our MLS software vendor, CoreLogic®, to re-configure Tempo to support the use of additional browsers like Safari, Firefox and Chrome. This will allow users to access Tempo directly from an iPad, MAC, PC, and other tablets (photo upload will still require a PC or MAC). These changes are expected to be completed and available to members in December.

New Tax System – HAR has contracted with CoreLogic® to provide members access to their latest public records application, Realist®, which is currently in use in many markets across the country. Realist will provide HAR members with expanded coverage and access to parcel records across the entire state of Texas. Additionally, Realist® can be accessed on both PC and Mac and the Realist® mobile application supports iPhone, iPad and Android mobile devices. Realist® is expected to be made available to members in December with the existing Stewart Tax system continuing to run through first quarter of 2014 as users transition and learn the new tax system.

Fusion Update – A new statistical analysis tool, StatsPro, is being made available in Fusion on October 15th to assist agents in providing their clients with a real-time snapshot of market conditions. This flexible tool can generate statistical reports based on the agent’s specific search criteria entered in a quick search or on selected listings from a search results, making it easy to analyze information.
- Compile dynamic listing stats and colorful graphic charts using any normal search query
