Tempo Enhancements July 2013
Effective July 16, 2013, the following Tempo changes and enhancements will be published:
Functionality Changes/Enhancements
- ‘Geo Market Area’ added as Geographic Criteria to the Months of Inventory Report in Statistics
- ‘Master Planned Community’ added as Geographic Criteria to the Months of Inventory Report in Statistics
- ‘New Construction Y/N’ added to the Months of Inventory Report in Statistics
- ‘CDOM’ added as a searchable field to the Quick Search page for every property class.
- ‘Lot Description’ added as a searchable field to the Rental Quick Search page.
- ‘Master Planned Community’ added as a searchable field to the Single-Family and Lots Quick Search pages.
- ‘Financing Available’ removed from the Rental Buyer Reports.
- Agent Short Report re-formatted to print two listings per page to prevent bad page breaks.
Changes to Add/Edit:
- ALL: ‘Aerobic’ added as a new value to the ‘Water/Sewer Description’ field.
- ALL: ‘Window Unit’ added as a new value to the ‘Heating Description’ field.
- ALL: ‘Handicap Access’ renamed ‘Disabled Access’ in the ‘Interior Features’ field.
- ALL: ‘Salt Water’ added as a new value to the ‘Pool Description’ field.
- Country Homes/Acreage: ‘Manufactured’ and ‘Free Standing’ added as new values to the ‘Main Dwelling Type’ field.
- Rental: ‘Utility Room 1st Floor’, ‘Utility Room 2nd Floor’, ‘Utility Room 3rd Floor’ and ‘Central Laundry’ added as new values to the ‘Utility Room Description’ field.
- Single Family: ‘Family Room’ added as a new value to the ‘Room Description’ field.
- Mid/Hi-Rise Condo: The field ‘Parking Spaces’ will now be a required field.
