Understanding the Needs of Home buyers age 50-plus
As today’s market becomes more diverse, agents must become knowledgeable in a wide range of areas. The SRES® promotes REALTOR® success by providing high quality training and tools necessary to position the SRES® designee as the trusted real estate resource for the senior market.

Advanced Social Media Course for REALTORS®
As consumers become more entrenched in social media, REALTORS® must stay ahead of the game by learning new ways to enhance their online relationship building skills. A new advanced social media course for REALTORS® is currently being comprised and will become available in early June 2010. This three hour hands-on course will be approved for MCE and will include a variety of techniques that can be used to improve you and your client’s social media experience.
